ACME v0.8 has been released!

ASCEE releases version 0.8 of the ACME acoustic measurement platform. This update speeds up analyses for the µZ system by up to three times by saving the Cross Power Spectrum in real time during the test. New features such as automatic signal processing and direct calibration to the DAQ streamline the daily workflow in the laboratory.

ACME v0.8 is now officially available

We are proud to announce our biggest update yet. This update is entirely focused on speed, performance, and a more efficient workflow. This version includes important bug fixes, improvements to core performance, and various user experience (UX) updates to make your daily tasks run more smoothly.

Up to 3 times faster for users of the µZ system

For users of our µZ system, this is a huge step forward: the analysis speed has increased significantly. The cross-power spectrum (Cross Power Spectrum) is now calculated immediately during the measurement and stored in the cache memory. This drastically reduces calibration and waiting times. This is the process acceleration you’ve been waiting for!

New features to help you work faster

We've added some handy features to make your daily work easier:

  • Auto Compute: Automatically processes and plots new measurements.

  • Logical Keyboard Shortcuts

  • Improved calibration tool: Write the sensor sensitivity directly to your DAQ (data acquisition) configuration.

  • Plus many improvements to the layout and graphical display (plotting).

Validate your acoustic design choices with hard data

Without measurement data, acoustic product development remains a matter of guesswork. By calibrating numerical models with laboratory measurements, we make vibrations and noise predictable. This helps you avoid errors before the production phase. Discuss your design with us.
