Casper Jansen opened the event with a presentation on the design of omnidirectional sound sources. The event provided a platform for sharing knowledge and meeting colleagues.

ASCEE releases version 0.8 of the ACME acoustic measurement platform. This update speeds up analyses for the µZ system by up to three times by saving the Cross Power Spectrum in real time during the test. New features such as automatic signal processing and direct calibration to the DAQ streamline the daily workflow in the laboratory.
ASCEE is launching the new µZ-20 impedance tube for characterizing small meshes and vents for hearables. Without switching microphones, the system measures a wide range from 20 Hz to 8 kHz in a single measurement. This allows engineers to determine the series impedance of small components up to 4,000 MKS Rayls.
